When will flights start between countries again?

Today, according to news from Australia, new zeland and Australia plans to build a free corridor between. If it be sucessfull, this can be a model to world to start flights slowly.

When corona virus started, most of countries had closed borders to each. However, situation is causing a lot of damage to countries, especially to ones which need tourism.
